Improving repair service planning with Odoo for a market-leading company

Schindler ​, the global leader in escalators, moving walkways, and elevators, recently approached our team to improve the planning of its repair services in Belgium and Luxembourg. We created a custom module with automation functions and configured Odoo to facilitate the scheduling of interventions and communication with clients.

As a result, managers can schedule more interventions while technicians can access their daily tasks in real-time. In addition, Odoo's native reporting views allow for the quick generation of financial reports and revenue forecasts.

Thanks to this solution, Schindler has significantly increased its productivity, allowing its employees to focus on higher-value tasks to improve the customer experience.
